Antequera

Antequera, often called the "Heart of Andalucía" for its pivotal geographic position, feels less like a city and more like an extensive outdoor museum that happens to have people living in it. It is a place weighted by history, where every era of the south has left an indelible mark-from prehistoric man to the Romans, the Moors, and the Catholic conquerors-all stacked neatly on top of one another.
