Private transfers and Chauffeur services :

  • What information do I need to provide when booking?

    Name, your contact details, flight number, pickup/drop-off location, number of passengers/babies/children/pets, etc..

  • How far in advance should I book my transfer?

    At least 24h in advance. 

  • What types of vehicles are available for transfers?

    Vehicle up to 4 pax (SW, sedan, etc..) ; Minibuses up to 8 pax ; Standard and Premium Class

  • Are your drivers licensed and insured?

    Yes, all drivers and vehicles.

  • Do you offer meet-and-greet services at airports or ports?

    Yes, we do.

  • What happens if my flight/ship is delayed?

    Please, tell us as soon as possible about your delay so we can arrange a solution in time.

  • Is there a waiting time included in the transfer price?

    Yes. 

    At the airport/port : free waiting time up to 40min ; 

    Other locations : free waiting time up to 15min.

  • Are child seats or booster seats available?

    Yes, but please request on your booking in advance.

  • Are pets allowed in the transfer vehicles?

    Yes, but please request on your booking in advance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All bookings cancelled less than 24h are not refundable.

  • Is the price per person or per vehicle?

    Per Vehicle.

  • Do you offer 24/7 service?

    Yes, we do.

  • Where will the driver meet me at the airport?

    At the arrivals hall or previously agreed location.

  • How do I find my driver at the airport?

    Driver will have a sign with your name.

  • What happens if I can't find my driver?

    Please call immediately to emergency number available on your voucher or +351 969 913 454

  • Do you monitor flight arrival times?

    Yes, we do.

  • Can I book a transfer between two hotels or within a city?

    Yes.

  • Can I make multiple stops during my transfer?

    Yes. Additional charge may apply.

  • Can I request a specific route?

    Yes, please ask a quote for that.

  • Are there any surcharges for late-night or early-morning transfers?

    Yes, this charge may apply.

  • What types of private excursions do you offer?

    Sightseeing tours, photography tours, walking tours, historical tours, gastronomical tours, road trips, shopping tours, tailor made tours.

  • Can I customize my private excursion?

    Yes.

  • How long do the excursions typically last?

    6h - 8h

  • Are entrance fees to attractions included in the price?

    Depends the tour you book

  • Are meals and drinks included?

    Depends the tour you book

  • Is a guide included in the excursion?

    Yes.

  • What languages do your guides speak?

    English, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian

  • Are your guides certified or licensed?

    Yes.

  • Is transportation provided for the excursion?

    Yes.

  • What type of vehicle will be used for the excursion?

  • What is your cancellation policy for excursions?

    All bookings cancelled less than 96h are not refundable

Photography Services :

  • What types of photography services do you offer ?

    Whatever you need.

    Portrait, budoir, event, travel, commercial, family, couple, babies, pregnancy, content, etc..

  • Can I see examples of your previous work?

    Yes. You can check works on our Instagram accounts @beetravel.pt or @ivetta_photos or simply follow photography section on this website

  • What equipment do you use?

    Professional Sony and Canon cameras and other needed equipment.

  • Do you offer photo editing and retouching services?

    Yes.

  • How many photos will I receive?

    Average 60-100 photos per session. But it will depend on what kind of session you book.

  • In what format will I receive the photos (e.g., digital, prints)?

    Digital. Prints only on request.

  • What is the turnaround time for receiving the photos?

    Average time 10-20days

  • Do you offer photography packages?

    Yes

  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    All bookings cancelled less than 14days are not refundable. All bookings can’t be rescheduled less than 24h

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes

  • What is the maximum number of people you can photograph in a session?

    As much as you need, depends on session you book.

  • Do you offer location scouting services

    Yes

  • Can you capture candid moments during my travels?

    Yes
