Castilleja del Campo

Castilleja del Campo is a small, agricultural town located in the fertile lowlands of the Seville province, an area historically known as the Aljarafe. The town's identity is one of quiet, deeply rooted rural life, entirely sustained by the surrounding fields and groves.

The name itself, "Castilleja", suggests its history is linked to an ancient castle or fortification (castellum) that once stood in the fields (campo).
