Queijas is a Portuguese town and residential section situated within the Oeiras municipality, immediately west of Lisbon. The location occupies an elevated position on rolling hills that descend toward the Tejo River estuary. It functions primarily as a suburban residential center for the working population that commutes daily to Lisbon and Oeiras for employment.
